1. Communication and Record Keeping: maintain and organize official Association records, handle all communications with homeowners, and provide a secure online platform for documents, payments, and community updates.
2. Meeting Management: Coordinate and support Board and Annual Meetings by preparing notices and materials, attending meetings, and drafting and distributing minutes for approval.
3. Compliance and Enforcement: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and governing documents, enforce Association rules (including violations and hearings), and coordinate with legal counsel as needed.
Common Area Maintenance and Operations
Routine Maintenance and Repair: Perform property inspections, oversee maintenance and repairs of common areas, and implement preventative maintenance programs for key building systems.
Vendor and Insurance Management
Manage vendor and insurance processes by soliciting competitive bids, negotiating and overseeing contracts, reviewing and comparing insurance coverage, handling claims, and implementing safety measures to reduce risk.
